INTRODUCTION OBJECTIVES PARTNERS CURRENT STATUS

Project Outcomes:

- in every sub-region all institutions and organizations that will be involved in the employment initiatives will be identified,
- the actors in the region will be integrated and motivated enough to undertake the initiatives in the field of the local active employment policy,
- 115 persons (approximately 60% of participants will be women) who in future will lead and create employment pacts initiatives will be trained,
- 25 training-days will be run and one-day conference will take place
- the pattern employment pacts will be prepared for every sub-region,
- 5 local employment pacts will be undersigned, 3 of them will be implemented

Development and consultations of detailed training programme
The team of contractor's experts developed the detailed training programme of the "Porozumienia lokalne" training based on the framework-training programme approved by the Voivodship Labour Office in Bialystok and Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. The detailed training programme including the subjects and the duration time of each of 9 modules of 5-days training was presented to the VLO in Bialystok to be consulted and after the consultations the programme was approved by the Contracting Authority (PAED).

Development and consultations of training materials
In March experts of the consortium "H.M.A and Partners" finished the development of the draft of training materials to the "Porozumienia lokalne" trainings. The draft of training materials was consulted with the VLO in Bialystok and afterwards it was approved by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
Training materials counting 175 pages were developed in a form of a handy and friendly-use file the participants can place among others their notes, exercises' materials

Development and consultations of training evaluation sheet
In the considered reporting period the contractor developed a draft of training evaluation sheet that will be a tool of conducted training courses' evaluation done by their participants. The draft of the evaluation sheet was consulted with the Voivodship Labour Office in Bialystok and then approved by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
